In a marketing effort to promote it's new all-electronic 'E-Tron' line of vehicles, Audi has created an immersive escape room, which enables participants to experience the future of technology.
The game transports five participants into the office of a missing doctor, and tasks them with finding clues that might provide answers regarding the disappearance. Robotic arms, holograms and projections replace the traditional tropes of escape rooms, offering a more technologically involved experience. The temporary escape room is currently open in Barcelona, and will move to Madrid in November.
The unique experience serves as an entertaining game, as well as an informative marketing technique, which offers insights into where the brand's cars are headed in the near future.
