Body Elimination-Aiding Toilets

Dyno-Rod Designed a Toilet Perfect for Squatting

Plumbing and drain repair company Dyno-Rod has created a challenge to redesign the traditional flush toilet. The best design was created by Central Saint Martins post graduates Victor Johansson, Pierre Papet and Samuel Sheard.

The winning design, called the 'Wellbeing Toilet,' doesn't only look modern and simple, but it is also fundamentally healthy; “[t]he wellbeing toilet looks at the health and wellbeing aspect of getting rid of your bodily waste by enhancing the position of your body by enabling you to squat rather than sit.”

Studies have shown that there are various health risks that pertain to sitting on toilet seats as opposed to squatting. Bowel movements should be quick and shouldn't be dragged out and should be eliminated as fast as possible.
