Duffy London Creates the King Arthur Round Swing Table

Duffy London has created a table worthy of medieval times, as well as three-year-olds. The table has a rounded structure above, so that swings can hang down on all sides of the design.

The design was inspired by a quote by George Bernard Shaw: "we don’t stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing." Duffy London aimed to realize this concept with this table, combining playful elements of childhood with boardroom-type aesthetics. While the table looks slightly intimidating with its dark finish and rounded structure, the face that people are sitting in swings while talking washes away this menacing facade.

The table is also available in different finishings for buyers.
