Dual-Mode Commercial Juicers

HUROM CP50 Switches Between Two Juicing Modes

HUROM has introduced dual-mode commercial juicers with its CP50 model, allowing foodservice operators to prepare different juice varieties without changing extraction chambers. Its Dual Press Switch Technology lets users alternate between Easy Line and Pure Line settings, simplifying ingredient preparation and reducing interruptions. This flexibility makes the equipment suitable for cafés, restaurants, and juice bars managing diverse beverage orders.

The CP50 incorporates Slow Squeeze Technology, which extracts juice at 65 RPM to limit heat and oxidation while preserving flavor and nutrients. A three-litre chamber, oversized feeding opening, and Auto-Pilot+ functionality support continuous preparation by helping prevent blockages. Additional features include adjustable timing options and a quick-rinse function.

For commercial operators, these capabilities could improve service efficiency, reduce ingredient waste, and simplify equipment maintenance. HUROM also strengthens its professional product range by addressing the operational demands of high-volume beverage businesses.
