Months ago, a service called 'Dog Parker' was launched, allowing consumers to leave their pet in a comfortable outdoor kennel as they completed errands nearby. Secure and temperature-controlled, Dog Parker is a safer alternative to leaving pets tied in front of stores or restaurants.
Now, Dog Parker has updated to include internet connectivity and an app -- allowing owners to keep an eye on their pets through a camera while they're away. In addition to this, the kennels can only be opened through the app, meaning that no one can steal their furry friend.
Currently available in New York, Dog Parker can be purchased for an annual membership fee of just $25, as well as an additional 20 cents for each minute that their pet is housed in the kennel.
