Dippin' Dots and Doc Popcorn recently created a new mobile messaging platform that provides information to employees regarding COVID-19. The COVID-19 information will relate to safety training, and also provide onboarding to new employees.

Dippin' Dots and Doc Popcorn created the mobile platform in collaboration with Nudge, and it will also have the ability to monitor the operations of different franchises as they navigate the rule changes due to COVID-19. It will also communicate with employees at different locations. Dippin' Dots and Doc Popcorn initially began working collaboratively in 2019 to facilitate communication with on the ground employees.

The platform will help the company through different regional reopening processes. It will also help frontline workers with best practices.
