Thus, IT workers have a platform to prove their skills and companies have a way of finding real talent.
Codetoki was developed because of the low number of employable computer science graduates in the Philippines. Only 10 percent of graduates in 2011 were employable. The platform filters out students and has a leaderboard system to add an additional competitive layer. Companies can see who top performers are and attempt to recruit them.
