Huggies' TweetPee Tweets Parents When Their Infant Needs a New Diaper
Ryan Fowler — May 15, 2013 — Tech
Huggies' TweetPee tweets parents when their infant needs a diaper change. Now worrying about your infant all day long is made simple with new technology; simple things like receiving a Tweet when your baby needs a diaper change is making parenting so much easier.
The Huggies company has just introduced ‘TweePee,’ a Twitter bird-shaped sensor that can be attached to the baby’s diaper and linked to any parent’s or babysitter’s smartphone. When The little Bird sensor notices a change in moisture, it sends a tweet to your smartphone alerting you that it’s time to attend to your infant and do a diaper change.
The clever application also keeps track of how many diapers you use and lets you know when you’re running low. Unfortunately the application is only available in Portuguese right now, but you can be sure to see it hit the marketplace worldwide in the near future.
