To complete orders, the start-up uses smart technology that makes it easier for office managers to keep track of the different preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions that employees have, making sure everyone has access to tasty and healthy snacks that fuel production.
To make the service more efficient, Desk Nibbles uses a Slack bot that can be added to company chats, allowing employees to efficiently give feedback or request snacks they'd like added to the next order. Apart from streamlining the time it takes to complete orders, this technology helps office managers keep track of any changes and expenses.
