Design Initiatives submitted a cloud-inspired hotel room for the 'A Room for London' competition. The competition was sponsored by Living Architecture and Artangel and asked competitors to submit designs for a one-bedroom hotel room to be placed on top of Queen Elizabeth Hall in London for the 2012 Summer Olympics.
Design Initiatives has proposed a curvy and contemporary hotel room with an attached open air terrace. If the Design Initiatives entry is any indication then 'A Room for London,' it should be one of the more creative and exciting design competitions of the new year.
