The latest over the top fare to be offered by a baseball stadium, this deep fried hot dog is a new menu item available at Dodger Stadium. Previously the venue has offered a variety of innovative ballpark franks, including the macaroni and cheese-covered Big Kid Dog and their LA Extreme Bacon Dog. This baseball season, sports fans will be able to enjoy Fried Dodger Dogs -- essentially a deep fried version of the classic Dodger Dog -- at the Extreme Loaded Dogs location at field level.

The deep fried hot dog follows a range of unhealthy food options for athletic audiences, such as 'Inside the Park' nachos at Wisconsin's Miller Park, the unnamed Krispy Kreme hot dog in Wilmington, Delaware, decadent churro desserts at Chase Fields and chicken cones available at Houston Astros games.
