de Le Cuona, the globally renowned textile house, introduces LIFE II, a limited-edition capsule that expands its acclaimed Life Collection. Crafted for comfort, the new range complements the existing series with accessories that combine the warmth of home with the spirit of travel. The collection features blankets, throws, scarves, cushions, and holdalls made from the world’s finest natural fibres, including ultra-fine cashmere, Merino wool, alpaca, silk, and linen.
Each piece is made by skilled artisans using traditional techniques from around the world. Founder Bernie de Le Cuona grew up in South Africa, where the colours, textures, and craftsmanship of the region shape her approach to design. Every item features the LIFE mark, inspired by African Mud Cloth symbols: the Farmer’s Sickle for a commitment to natural fibres, the Warrior’s Belt for the courage to take a different path, and the Spindle for a focus on textiles and making.
Some standout pieces in the collection include a Classic Holdall, crafted in England from stonewashed linen with leather and brass details, a Felted Cashmere Shawl, featuring a softly felted finish and delicate hand-twisted fringe, a Handwoven Alpaca Blanket and Cushion, made from Fair Trade alpaca fleece and handwoven in Peru. Additional pieces include a Handwoven Wild Silk Cushion, tailored in England and woven from Tussah and wild silk, the Herder Wool Blanket made of sustainable Bulgarian wool and handwoven using traditional techniques along with a number of other offerings.
Each item in the LIFE II collection is packaged in GOTS-certified cotton dust bags and gift boxes, with Oeko-Tex certified duck feather and down pads for cushions.
