Posted on the 'Half Baked Harvest' blog, these savory burgers are a product of Tieghan Gerard's online recipe collection. This curried dish is light, fresh and perfect for summer dining. In place of burger buns, Curried Salmon Burgers utilize lettuce leaves making this dish a wrap/burger hybrid.

While the patty is made of salmon and spiced with Indian curry, the toppings are also quite the treat. Most burgers usually come with the basic tomato, onions and cheese toppings, while this patty is topped with minted yogurt, cucumber, mango, goat cheese and sweet potato straws.

These salmon burgers are best served with a glass of white wine.
