The Crypt of the Necrodancer Gets a New Character

Crypt of the Necrodancer is a rhythm game that is nearly a decade old and recently, it was announced that it is receiving new content. This time, it is bringing virtual pop star Hatsune Miku to the platform as a playable character for fans alike.

Notably, developer Brace Yourself Games explains that Hatsune Miku is one of the more challenging characters to play in the game. She is able to move in all eight directions and combats opponents by dancing through. In the press release of the expansion, it states that “She doesn’t have a shovel like most characters, so she must use her dance-like dash attack to break through walls instead.” Additionally, she also has the ability to sing, which offers a new realm to the game.
