Artist Charles Kaufman creates crushed can art. As he explains on his site, "I take empty soft drink or beer cans then crush and flatten them. Using acrylic paints I create a painting on one side of the crushed can. My Crushed Can artwork is then mounted in a frame, ready to hang. Not only is each artwork an original, but the crushing of the can creates a one-of-a-kind "canvas"'
Implications - Leave it up to artist Charles Kaufman to create such spectacular one-of-a-kind pieces out of ordinary materials. There truly is no better way to create your own art canvases than with the use of regular everyday materials like this crushed can art does.
