Designer João Teixeira is the mind behind the Croissant Pendant Light which is inspired by the delicious baked good. The lighting series is designed for Gantri and it twists like the croissant in terms of the layers and shapes. It is able to create a comforting glow in various directions.
It is meant for dining tables or kitchen islands that intentionally light up other spaces if needed. It has angled shapes and unique laters that are all inspired by the savory bread. The light has an asymmetrical shape that features two rings circing around the main shade -- this gives the lamp a functionally directed beam with a soft ambiance evoking different angles to play with light and shadow.
