Following an overwhelmingly successful limited-time release in late 2024 that sold out nationwide in less than a week, Taco Bell is reintroducing its Crispy Chicken Nuggets on April 24, 2025. The fast-food chain has announced long-term ambitions to establish crispy chicken as a permanent menu category by 2026, signaling a strategic expansion beyond its traditional Mexican-inspired offerings.
The returning Crispy Chicken Nuggets feature all-white meat chicken marinated in jalapeño buttermilk and coated in a tortilla-chip breading. The distinctive twist on the classic QSR dish was developed after testing more than 50 recipe variations.
Taco Bell will make its Crispy Chicken Nuggets available in five- and 10-piece servings, paired with returning fan-favorite dipping sauces like Hidden Valley™ Fire Ranch, Bell Sauce, and Jalapeño Honey Mustard.
