Fruit d'Or's Cran Naturelle Gudpod is Like a Coffee Brewer

Fruit d'Or, the world's largest supplier or organic blueberries and cranberries, has partnered with beverage tech startup Gudpod to release the Cran Naturelle Gudpod, a new system for quickly and conveniently setting oneself up with a delicious and nutritious glass of cranberry juice. Using the Gudpod system, a machine designed initially for creating protein shakes, the Cran Naturelle Gudpod drinks let consumers effectively brew themselves a fresh cup of the healthy juice on the spot.

Gudpod markets itself as "a single serve coffee maker for protein shakes," and the comparison is an apt one. The machine indeed looks similar to a drip coffee maker. The major difference is that the Gudpod system doesn't contain any liquid itself. Rather, it mixes its pods with water already in the glass placed in the terminal.

By applying the Gudpod system to cranberry juice, Fruit d'Or has provided consumers with a cranberry juice drink that's equally as convenient as modern coffee drinking.
