Costa Coffee is the second largest coffeehouse chain in the world (behind Starbucks), and the brand is following in its main competitor's footsteps by offering nitro cold brew coffees in-store.
The Nitro Cold Brew Coffee option that the brand is introducing will be released in select stores in London, Manchester, across Europe, MENA, and Asia. The beverage is created in a 20 hour brewing process using a single origin Colombian blend, and is then infused with nitrogen. It is served cold and described as the brand's most "velvety smooth drink yet."
This new Costa Coffee addition will be served in 12 stores globally while the brand tests to see how effectively the product is able to appeal to its consumers.
