Unlike the cocktail version, this sorbet is lower in alcohol content making it a subtle boozy dessert that is great to serve after heavier meals. The sorbet is made from reduced fresh cranberries cooked in a simple syrup sauce. The cranberries are blended and strained before adding the quintessential Cosmopolitan ingredients of lime and vodka. The mixture is chilled then ran through an ice cream maker.
