It is all well and good to have a large bookcase with broad ledges to store a wide variety of different objects, but there is a poetry to these delightful Corniches that emphasizes the unique qualities of individual items. Designed by brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, the collection of floating shelves comes with all shapes and sizes to best suit a diverse range of domestic odds and ends.

The smooth and somewhat organically sculpted pieces have been made from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) with asymmetrical rounded bases and perfectly flat tops. The wall-mounted Corniches are best installed in random clusters to act as playful pedestals, celebrating everyday doodads in the way that they deserve.
