Cookie Cutter is a New Hybrid Platformer and Fighting Game

Rogue Games and Subcult Joint have announced the release date for their highly anticipated ultra-violent metroidvania, Cookie Cutter. The game follows the gripping story of mechanic Raz, in search of his missing friend Doctor Shinji Fallon. However, what he discovers is a ruined lab and a woman, nearly destroyed and awakening from a life-preserving slumber, known as Cherry.

Players assume the role of Cherry, an android infused with life through a combination of advanced technology and a mortal soul. Cookie Cutter delivers a unique blend of hybrid fighting and platforming traversal gameplay. The game features highly stylized environments and objectives, providing a captivating backdrop for the fast-paced combat that unfolds.

The game was initially set for launch on Windows PC via Steam and has now expanded its reach to Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
