Aunt Stella -- sometimes known as Stella Obsan -- is cookie cafe located in Tokyo, Japan that allows diners to enjoy as many biscuits as they want for a flat rate fee. The location offers an array of different cookie desserts and flavors that consumers are welcomed to enjoy at an all-you-can-eat basis. The dessert chain location provides what feels like a promotional offer as their longterm business model.

The eatery is designed to offer a whimsical and nostalgic environment that might remind some of being adorned with sweets when visiting their grandparents. The Aunt Stella locations offer what is called the 'cookie viking' which is a biscuit buffet. Consumers can enjoy eating as many cookies as they'd like for an hour-long period at a fixed price rate.
