This Condo Building is Being Built in Collaboration with Aston Martin

More car brands are becoming lifestyle brands to help satisfy a growing desire for lifestyle accommodation, which this Aston Martin condo building identifies. The building is located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami, Florida and sits near the opening of the Miami River.

The building will have a total of 390 units and be 66 stories in total height; seven luxury penthouses are set to be included in the design with a private pool and terrace for each. Some of the spaces within the interior of the condo building will be designed by Aston Martin to create a luxury space that's ideal for fans of the auto brand.

The building is being developed by G and G Business Developments and is set to start being constructed in mid-2017 with a 2021 completion date.
