Lamborghini Unveils Premium Residence Inspired by its Cars

Dar Global works in collaboration with Lamborghini to help it breach into a new realm that is real estate with Tierra Viva, which translates to Alive Earth. Together, the Italian manufacturer and developer create 53 villas in Behanavís, which is in Spain near Marbella. This is the first housing development in Europe by the automobile brand and the property's design is a direct reference to its own hypercars.

The homes have two stories including "four bedrooms (‘Esmeralda’), five bedrooms (‘Zafiro’), and six bedrooms (‘Diamante’)" as each will be "carefully constructed at different levels on the hills to ensure every villa enjoys endless panoramas of the Mediterranean Sea," explained by Dar Global. Stephan Winkelmann, the CEO of Automobili Lamborghini explains that “Tierra Viva embodies the essence and power of Lamborghini and its unrestricted nature, interpreted into an architectural masterpiece."
