De'Longhi reworked its 'All-in-One Combination Coffee & Espresso Machine' for home coffee drinkers, featuring a body that uses 20% less counter space and a retractable cold frother for iced lattes or cold brew. It still combines drip coffee and espresso, but now adds separate hot and cold frothing.
A 15-bar pump handles espresso, and the drip side brews up to a 12-cup carafe. Custom single- and double-shot presets also let users easily repeat a preferred espresso dose. A touch display and Thermoblock heating system round out the update. It is sold in the United States for $349.95 and in Canada for $399.99 CAD through De'Longhi and major retailers.
At $349.95 in the United States, the smaller format makes a combo brewer easier to justify in kitchens that cannot spare room for separate machines. The added cold frother moves the category beyond a coffee-or-espresso pitch and toward one appliance for hot and iced drinks.
