Clean the Sky - Positive Eco Trends & Breakthroughs

The De’Longhi Eletta Ultra Brews Over 50 Preset Recipes

— March 12, 2026 — Art & Design
The De’Longhi Eletta Ultra automatic espresso machine has been debuted as the next-generation appliance from the brand that's engineered with ease of use and variety in mind. The coffee maker is rated to be 65% quieter than previous equipment from the brand thanks to its Silent Technology, while the system is ready to brew more than 50 preset recipes. This includes hot and cold coffee drinks, which is made possible thanks to the three-in-one espresso, maker, filter coffee functionality and the cold brewer.

The De’Longhi Eletta Ultra automatic espresso machine is outfitted with a 4.3-inch full-color touchscreen to help users intuitively cycle through drink choices. The system is available now in the UK with availability in the US not yet announced.

Trend Themes

  1. Silent Appliance Design — Near-silent operation enables appliances to be integrated into open-plan homes and shared workspaces, supporting premium in-home hospitality and unobtrusive commercial deployments.
  2. Multi-function Beverage Platforms — Convergence of espresso, filter and cold-brew capabilities in a single unit points to consolidated devices that reduce countertop clutter while expanding beverage repertoires for consumers.
  3. Personalized Touchscreen Brewing — Intuitive full-color touch interfaces combined with extensive preset recipes allow for hyper-personalized drink experiences and remote profile management across household members.

Industry Implications

  1. Home Appliance Manufacturing — Manufacturers stand to disrupt traditional product lines by embedding acoustic engineering and modular brewing functions to command premium pricing and new market segments.
  2. Hospitality and Workplace Coffee Services — Quiet, multifunction machines enable seamless placement in lobbies and open offices, shifting expectations toward in-situ specialty beverage offerings without dedicated barista stations.
  3. Smart Kitchen Software — Software providers can leverage touchscreen UX and large recipe libraries to offer subscription-based personalization, analytics and remote maintenance ecosystems for connected appliances.
