AriZona Iced Tea collaborated with Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) to create a comic strip that taps into the popularity of NFT art. The NFT comic introduces a "cast of bored Apes as they Enter the Metaverse" and there's plenty of branding from the beverage company to be seen on the pages.
Just 10,000 copies of the NFT comic will be made and they're available to mint for 0.04 ETH. In the future, NFT comic collectors can expect to look forward to metaverse-friendly “social experiences” and perhaps even some physical versions of the comic to be produced. The Issue #1 ushers in a new realm of comics that can be authenticated, kept and traded with more authenticity than before.
