Achromatic Columbian Residences

The GM1 House Exemplifies Remarkable Columbian Architecture

Giovanni Moreno Architects designed the 'GM1 House,' a stunning piece of Columbian architecture located in Girardot. The geometric residence features an all-white palette inside and out, giving it a polished, minimalist feel.
The overarching roof structure is equipped with spotlight-style light fixtures that emphasize the crisp white facade as well as illuminate the luxurious backyard.

The second floor of this contemporary two-story abode can be accessed from outdoors by an impressive staircase that connects to the balcony. Similarly, the ground-floor living area features glass doors that open directly to the swimming pool.

Meanwhile, the interior features an open-concept design, amplified by the glass windows. The space is accented by black, chrome and turquoise accents, providing a healthy dose of contrast and an overall modern design aesthetic.
