With winter almost here, Malibu Poke has debuted a new Coconut Curry Sweet Potato Bowl. The new bowl is the chain's first-ever winter offering and gives consumers a tasty way to warm up on a chilly day.
The Coconut Curry Sweet Potato Bowl is a seasonal offering that combines sweet potatoes with carrots, micro herbs, basil, smoked almonds, and tempura flakes in a warming coconut curry sauce. As Malibu Poke owner Jon Alexis explains, "...the most popular aspects of Malibu (our unique flavors, high quality ingredients and chic design) are what diners want year-round. So, we are adding some warm dishes so people can enjoy Malibu Poke all winter."
Other ways diners can warm up with Malibu Poke this winter include Miso Soup, Hot Garlic Ramen Noodles and Spicy Chili Edamame.
