Co.arch Studio has completed an interior refurbishment within the Giomein Breuil-Cervinia complex, a historic residential and hotel building originally designed by Mario Galvagni in the alpine resort of Breuil-Cervinia in northern Italy. The renovation focuses on a two-level apartment in the existing structure, preserving as much of the original architectural character as possible while introducing contemporary finishes where needed.

The interior adapts spaces with careful material choices and updated surfaces to suit modern living needs without overriding the complex’s architectural framework. Giomein Breuil-Cervinia occupies a prominent location in the ski resort region and is known for its angular geometry and complex composition that responded to mountain topography when it was completed in the 1960s and early 1970s.
