The CLVR chair by Beltrame Breuil is constructed from four bent-wood elements shaped like leaves, rising from a circular steel base to form a sculptural seat. Two of the elements are upholstered in a textured green fabric, creating the backrest and lower seating surface, while the remaining two are left as exposed stained wood. All four share the same curvature and structural logic, using bent wood to unify the composition while allowing each element to serve a different function.
Beltrame Breuil’s CLVR chair measures approximately 112 centimetres tall and 125 centimetres wide, giving it the scale of a lounge object rather than a standard chair. The steel base acts as a pedestal, grounding the upward spread of the wooden forms and stabilizing the structure. Developed under the studio’s Picule brand, the design draws directly from the alpine landscape surrounding its Tarvisio base.
