The Clay Table by Desalto Looks Like an Impossible Creation

It would be hard not to look at the 'Clay Table' and wonder how the top balances on the bottom. After all, the base comes to a very extreme point on which the surface rests, leading it to look as though it were part of a magic trick. Yet, as Design Milk writes, "The bold proportions aim to stake its claim in whatever room it’s used in without being overbearing. The table’s understated elegance and minimalist design keep focus on the dynamic, sculptural form."

Designed by Marc Krusin for Desalto, the Clay Table is perfect for both traditional homes and contemporary living spaces. It comes in a variety of finishes and colors, which ensures it appeals to just as many aesthetics, and leaves an impression without overwhelming its surroundings.
