Screen-Free Fitness Bands

The New Garmin CIRQA is a Screen-Free Health Tracker

Garmin CIRQA is a screen-free health tracker that monitors wellness and fitness metrics without using an on-device display. Designed to shift attention away from constant screen checking, the smart band records data continuously and syncs results to the Garmin Connect app for later review. Worn on the wrist or upper arm, the device provides up to 10 days of battery life while tracking heart rate, Body Battery energy, stress, Pulse Ox, skin temperature, HRV status, sleep stages, naps, and women's health metrics. The band also supports automatic activity detection and more than 80 workout modes through a single physical button.

Built with a compact fiber-reinforced polymer sensor module and a ComfortFit fabric band, the wearable is available in Black, French Gray, Berry, and Navy, with additional interchangeable band options. Connected GPS uses a paired smartphone for outdoor tracking, while LiveTrack shares real-time location during activities. The device also delivers training readiness, VO2 Max estimates, and recovery insights.
