American multinational company Google is launching the educational Google Chrome Music Lab. This brand new initiative features a set of interactive experiments, mini games and visualizations that help explain and explore how music operates.
Google Chrome Music Lab was designed for interactive and educational purposes targeted at users of all ages. Web surfers using the Music Lab will not only be exposed to the technical details of music production, but they will also be able to simultaneously make music themselves.
Google's latest experiment features widgets that explain the basics of rhythm and oscillators, sounds waves and spectrograms. It also provides a feature that allows users to recreate synesthetic works of painter Wassily Kandinsky, among other famed creatives.
