Cheesy Chicken Parm Burgers

McDonald's is Testing Out a Chicken Parmigiana Burger in Australia

With the chicken sandwich wars showing no sign of slowing down, McDonald's Australia is testing out a new Chicken Parmigiana Burger.

As the name suggests, the new Chicken Parmigiana Burger is a cross between a burger and the classic Italian dish Chicken Parmesan. The McDonald's version is essentially a chicken sandwich, but the patty is topped with parmigiana and cheese sauces, and then paired with lettuce and tomato. The result, is a crunchy and cheesy creation that looks like the ultimate comfort food.

The new Chicken Parmigiana Burger is currently being testing in South Australia alongside other new innovations such as fries you can toss in chicken salt and a McSpicy Burger, which is reported to be the hottest sandwich in McDonald's history.
