II BY IV DESIGN Completed a Project for Chateau Auberge

— October 21, 2025 — Art & Design
The design firm II BY IV DESIGN has completed the interior spaces for Chateau Auberge, a residential tower in Toronto. This was the final phase of this particular larger development.

II BY IV DESIGN's design approach integrates elements of European-inspired elegance with a focus on creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. The lobby and common areas feature a curated material palette of marble, custom millwork, and light-toned woods. This material sensibility is complemented by artwork from local creators.

Chateau Auberg offers a range of amenities for residents, such as a fitness center, swimming pool, and social lounges, all designed to balance classic architectural details with modern comforts. The development is situated adjacent to an extensive urban park, with the design intending to create a visual and experiential connection to this natural setting.
