Chanel Boy is Expanding to Include Makeup for Men

The Chanel 'Boy' franchise currently sells products like perfumes and handbags that pay tribute to Boy Capel, who was a lover and muse to Gabrielle Chanel. Starting in South Korea as of the fall, Chanel will be expanding the products offered to include a three-product makeup collection for men. The newest Boy Chanel products include a matte moisturizing lip balm, as well as a tinted fluid, an eyebrow pencil, both of which are available in four different shades.

In the months following the launch of the new products in South Korea, Boy de Chanel is set to be introduced to the rest of the world.

Over the past few years, the rising demand for male grooming and beauty products has led to the creation of inclusive brand campaigns and male-targeted cosmetic start-ups, all of which are helping to reshape the modern definition of masculinity.
