Diplomático Launches the Chancellor Prestige Expression

Diplomático introduced Chancellor, a new ultra-rare prestige rum from Brown-Forman, featuring a bespoke triple-cask maturation sequence designed for its Prestige Range. The expression combines heavy pot-still rums matured in French virgin oak, American virgin oak and seasoned American oak, and is presented in a bespoke decanter.

The liquid was blended by Diplomático’s maestros roneros to create a structured profile at 47% ABV, with tasting notes of dark caramel, cured tobacco, ripe peach, bright citrus and vanilla. Chancellor was released as a strictly limited bottle, with 900 units available worldwide and priced at £1,900 in the UK via The Whisky Exchange.

For collectors and connoisseurs, Chancellor reinforces the premium spirits trend toward small-run, cask-driven releases that emphasize provenance and craft-led maturation. Its limited availability and distinctive cask sequence position it as a collectible tasting experience meant to be savored neat.
