Created by Ian and Gregory of Fort Standard, the Chainsaw Stools also gives a second chance at life to fallen trees near the design studio's headquarters in Red Hook, Brooklyn. To better commemorate the events of Hurrican Sandy, the stools have been painted in colors inspired by storms. Dark and moody, the pieces will nevertheless liven up any living space thanks to their dynamic shapes and rough textures created using chainsaws.
