Revitalized Food Court Designs

Centre Eaton De Montréal is Upgrading Its Food Court

Centre Eaton De Montréal is planning the revitalization of its downtown food court, with the aim of enhancing sustainability and improving the customer experience.

The project will be headed by commercial real estate and investment management firm JLL. The new food court will bring together diverse culinary offerings with well-known restaurants and new-to-Canada eateries. The design of the space will encourage meal breaks and gatherings among colleagues, friends, or families. Annie Houle, Managing Director, Real Estate – Canada, CDPQ/Ivanhoé Cambridge, shared about the project: "By reimagining the Centre Eaton de Montréal food court, we are stimulating the customer experience and strengthening its role as a key destination in the city's commercial and cultural landscape. This project represents a new phase in our plan to invest in our Québec flagship properties and enhance the urban experience at the heart of the city."
