Instagram User Waverider Does the Best Low-Budget Celebrity Dress Up

There are some people who devote their entire lives to celebrity impersonation, spending money on multiple plastic surgeries to get even the finest facial details just right—but not Waverider, an Instagram user who uses only basic household items to play celebrity dress up.
On Instagram, Waverider or "Lion Liam" as he is also known, posts hilarious pictures of himself imitating celebrities like Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus or Rihanna. Although most of these women have been blonde at some point, it's not an issue for Lion Liam, who uses macaroni to give himself spiraling golden-colored hair and pads certain places on his body to attain the look of a more curvaceous female figure. The hilarious side-by-side celebrity impersonations are so bad, but this is exactly what also happens to make them so good.
