Teenage Engineering has presented the new CD player concept, which aligns with the sleek and minimal aesthetic of the brand language. It is inspired by a minimal and industrial style with the involvement of geometric shapes and sharp edges and angles.

It embodies a monochromatic color palette, rooted in silver with some touches of orange for a pop of contrast. It streamlines a connection between the cap to form a more technical treatment and a clean contemporary look -- this can be applied to nearly any product. The controls of the player concept almost disappear entirely into the body of the structure. Some of this only protrudes slightly from the edges so the volume component is quite smart.
