The CBD Krystal Slider is arriving from the QSR brand as a menu item for patrons to pick up to mark 4/20: the cannabis-focused, counterculture celebration. The CBD (Cajun BBQ Drip) burger is crafted with a classic Krystal patty along with a dill pickle slice, a creamy Cajun sauce, a touch of BBQ sauce and some crispy onions. The burger is being launched a la carte for $1.99 each or as part of a combo with a small fries and a small drink for $4.20.
The CBD Krystal Slider is arriving at participating locations now through April 24, 2022 and speaks to the increasing normalization of cannabis culture. Brands are thus offering themed products with a tongue-in-cheek spin to let consumers know they're in on the fun.
