CAULIPOWER is adding to its innovative, cauliflower-based product range with all-new cauliflower tortillas.

At this year's Winter Fancy Food Show from the Specialty Food Association, CAULIPOWER launched its Original and Grain-Free Cauliflower Tortillas, which feature the cruciferous vegetable as the first ingredient. The vegan-friendly products are free from wheat, dairy GMO ingredients and preservatives, and come packed with seven grams of protein and just eight net carbs per tortilla.

Consumers seeking flavorful, nourishing alternatives to familiar comfort foods have been quick to embrace everything from cauliflower-based pizza crusts to pasta and baking mixes. As well as helping to satisfy those with special dietary needs or preferences, these better-for-you cauliflower tortillas will appeal to those who are looking to sneak more vegetables, vitamins and minerals into their diet.
