The BC SPCA has recently announced the launch of a 'Catio Tour' to encourage local cat owners to purchase play structures for their feline friends. These outdoor enclosures have become popular in other regions in North America including Portland and Seattle.
The structures include ramps, perches, and toys for cats of all ages to enjoy.
