One way to stay ahead of the curb in casino innovation is by tapping young talent. As a result, Caesars Entertainment and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas enter a partnership to start an incubator that will enable them to unlock the creative potential of students and let it pour into the landscape of the physical casino space.
The incubator for casino innovation is dubbed Black Fire Innovation. The space will span 43,000 square feet and will be dedicated to bringing new ideas to life. Aside from looking into new technology for the gaming floor, Caesars Entertainment and UNLV's focus will also pay attention to the emerging opportunities in hospitality, live entertainment and the opportunity of elevating casino resorts to "multipurpose workspaces," exhibition spaces, eSports opportunities and more.
