Grizzly Bear Buddies

Casey Anderson is a lot like most people, except for the fact that the best man at his wedding was a grizzly bear named Brutus. Casey rescued the bear when he was two weeks old from an overcrowded bear park, and the two have been fast friends ever since. Casey Anderson’s bear buddy lives on a bear sanctuary that allows the 800-pound predator to live in a natural environment.

Casey Anderson and Brutus also star in a National Geographic show called ‘Expedition Grizzly,’ which details the lives and survival strategies of grizzly populations to educate the public about these majestic creatures.
