With summer on its way, parents everywhere are scrambling to find activities to keep their kids busy, and that's where the Casaurus by Koichiro Hoshino comes in handy! The student designer from the Tokyo University of the Arts developed this cool hybrid piece of furniture that fuses a bookshelf with a play structure.
The Casaurus by Koichiro Hoshino not only promotes climbing and playing, but it also helps encourage reading and organization to young children; fun cubby holes make up the dinosaur's tummy, giving kids lots of space for hiding their toys and books!
The Casaurus by Koichiro Hoshino is modeled to look like a dinosaur and is therefore very appealing to children. The playground bookshelf even comes with a sturdy tail for sliding down. Although this piece of hybrid furniture is not yet up for sale, it's certainly is a cool concept!
