Molded Glass Artwork

Carlo Moretti Creates Stunning Pieces for Milan Design Week

These molded glass art pieces by Carlo Moretti are formed through excessive heat, and designed in a Venetian Glass factory.

The pieces from Carlo Moretti vary, with some looking more like distinct glass structures, while others take on a more art-oriented form. No two pieces look the same, and his oversized jar with a wrap-around red coloring on the lower base area is my personal favorite. The design would be great to use as a massive vase for flowers, or even filled with colorful stones to help boost the decor of a house. Moretti's glasses look like they would be difficult to drink from, so again, these pieces would best be suited to add that extra bit of pizzazz to a home interior.
